Rent and Maximum Annual Income Limits by Household Size

Rent and income limits are subject to change.

To qualify for an apartment, an applicant must:

  • Meet income qualifications
  • Be approved through the application process
  • Pass credit and background checks
  • Provide a positive landlord reference
  • Execute a 12-month lease within 15 days of certificate of occupancy

Income qualifications and rental amounts are approximate and may change annually.
